I have a user (OL 2000) that sent an email intended for a GAL address. Auto-complete filled in a name/email address of someone the user has no knowledge of. The user insists they never reply to emails of multiple recipients so that this address could end up in the address book.

I updated from Office XP to Office 2003. Outlook worked fine before the update. Now when I send and receive, emails are sent and then I am asked for my password I get an error "receiving error (0x800CCC92). Your e-mail server rejected your login."

First I'll explain the situation a bit... We have one site (center) where an Exhange server is located. Sixteen other sites are connected trough a WAN with limited bandwith. The Exchange server on the center site is the only Exchange server for all sites.

I deployed a custom install of Office 2003 on a farm of Windows 2000 Terminal Servers. Everything works ok if the user logs always on the same TS but when a user logs on DIFFERENT terminal servers, some settings are not saved.

I rececntly installed the Backup add-in for Outlook 2003, and the menu option for "File | Backup" only appears for the user account that I installed it from. Is there a way to have it show in all user account Outlook menus on this PC (Win XP Pro)?
