I have a user (OL 2000) that sent an email intended for a GAL address.
Auto-complete filled in a name/email address of someone the user has no
knowledge of. The user insists they never reply to emails of multiple
recipients so that this address could end up in the address book.

I updated from Office XP to Office 2003. Outlook worked fine before the
update. Now when I send and receive, emails are sent and then I am asked for
my password I get an error "receiving error (0x800CCC92). Your e-mail server
rejected your login."

Under Tools Menu - Email Accounts, when creating a new account, is there an
Outlook tweak that disables the ability to choose HTTP \ Internet based email
accounts?

Last week our old hard drive crashed.  I did have all my outlook emails
backed up on a disk .pst because this is my business.
The new hard drive is installed as are all the programs.  Outlook 2003 Small

I am having two issues which I believe are related to the installation of a
recent security patch. The patch has changed the Outlook Security Mode (as
indicated in the 'About Microsoft Office Outlook' option on the 'Help'

We have one site (center) where an Exhange server is located. Sixteen other
sites are connected trough a WAN with limited bandwith. The Exchange server
on the center site is the only Exchange server for all sites.

OL 2202 is reverting to Safe Mode because of a faulty? WorldCard Addin
(ppaddin.dll).
This WorldCard software is not installed on my PC and I want to stop OL from

I deployed a custom install of Office 2003 on a farm of Windows 2000

Everything works ok if the user logs always on the same TS but when a user

I am trying to set up a system where the user wants multiple email accounts
to feed into multiple .pst files (e.g., Account A -> A.pst, Account B ->
B.pst, etc...). I have set up multiple accounts to feed into a single .pst

I rececntly installed the Backup add-in for Outlook 2003, and the menu option
for  "File | Backup" only appears for the user account that I installed it
from. Is there a way to have it show in all user account Outlook menus on
this PC (Win XP Pro)?
