When I do I get a message saying "The expected version of the product was

I have just set up an email account on my outlook 2003 version, and so far I
can send emails which is fine, but I can not receive any, i have been sent a
few emails by some friends and the appear to be lost. My ISP is Tiscali,
could you render any advice??
