Archive should be able to automatically archive by month21 Dec 2005 17:18 GMT1
I think it would be helpfull if archive would create a folder each month and

all my e-mails under that month. Example Archive "Jan 2005" holds all my
e-mails I recieved or sent in January 2005. Outlook ...

Today I tried to receive my mail through Outlook XP but it didn't receive any

Outlook option to print only last message in thread to save paper21 Dec 2005 03:56 GMT1
I notice that we are using a huge amount of paper in our office printing out
e-mail messages in their entirety.  If the option existed in MS Outlook to
print only the last message (or the last 2 or 3) in a thread then this waste
of paper could be avoided and a few forests saved.

It was suggested using a global signature but I have no idea where to start!
We do need a free solution as we already forked out for SBS 2003 Premium and
