outlook 2000 with all updates. .. recently (around dec 30) started crashing
when attempting to print messages in html format.  other formats (plain text
& rich text) print as expected.

and requests to send an error report to Microsoft. I've tried uninstalling

I currently have Office XP Pro loaded on my computer.  I just got a new
computer and put Office XP Pro on it.   I was running Office on windows 98
SE.  When I got the new computer I loaded my pst file on the new computer.

Windows installer error 1606 continually pops up when I am working with
Outlook.  It is blocking several functions, such as spell check, import and
export, and I don't know what else yet.  Also pops up in Excel.  Takes many
clicks to close the error message. How can I get this ...

I've upgraded my PC to Office 2003 from 2000 and am now having trouble
connecting Outlook to my Exchange server.  Launching Outlook, I get the
following error:
"Unable to open your default e-mail folders.  You must connect to your
Outlook 2000 icon when Outlook 2003 is used.12 Jan 2006 17:11 GMT5
Recently, I upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2003.
Then I imported my 2000 archive.pst file into Outlook 2003.
The result is that I now have the Outlook 2000 icon (in excess) on the
righthand side of my screen, next to the date.

I put a copy of my .pst file on a hard drive which is accessible by my small
office so that my co-workers can see my calendar, etc.  Everyone gets the
access denied error.  I confirmed that the read-only box is unchecked.  When
