I upgraded from Office 2002 to Office 2003 and now I have no public folders in Outlook. We are running Server 2000 & Exchange 2000. WE will be updating to Server and Exchange 2003 soon. Does Outlook 2003 NEED Exchange 2003 to use public folders? The email box still works fine.

I installed outlook and set up a new email account. Tested. Everything worked fine. Now when I load Outlook it opens, then immediately closes. It isn't open long enough for me to adjust any configurations or do anything at all for that matter.

When I open my Outlook Word seems to be opening automatically, I say seems to be opening because although a program tab appears on the task bar no document loads (not even a blank page) this is so mysterious. Any suggestions as to how I can stop this.

I have three toolbars on my Outlook. Two are small and could be positioned side by side but if I do this they only stay that way until I log off. The next time I start Outlook they are one below the other again. How do I lock them in place?
