I have Outlook 2003, and I configured for and I am using an email address

When I try to synchronize the outlook folders, I get the message "TAsk
Microsoft Exchange Server reported an error 0x00040820: Errors in background
synchronization. In most cases Information is available in a synchronization
log in tyhe Deleted Items folder.
