As some client forget to close Outlook before a backup, what's the best way
to automatically terminate the Outlook.exe process via a script so the backup
application can backup the PST files?
I can use pskill.exe or taskkill.exe, but I am concerned about the PST files

In Outlook 2003 running exchange. I have set the folder permissions to share
a sub folder under the Inbox, however when I choose the View Other Email
Folders I only see the inbox and not the sub folder. The permissions all
appear to be correct, what am i doing wrong?

Without me making any changes in Options or anywhere else, Outlook 2003 [with
Windows XP SP2] has stopped saving sent messages in the sent folder. The
