As you can see in my signature I am not a pro on OL... but facing a problem.
I try to automate the install of OL 2003, and because a computer may have
more than 1 user, I need to create a PST such as
d:\PSTs\%username%\archive.pst.

I want to transfer *.pst to another computer. However, only the folder
appear. The email accounts were not transferred. In older versions of
outlook. you were able to copy email account information. Is this possible
with XP?

I just reformatted my hard drive and was able to import my address book and
inbox from the backups I made.  But the folders containing old saved email
did not come through.  I wonder if maybe I didn't check the "include
subfolders" when I backed up the .pst file for the last time ...

Help please - I am trying to fix my mums pc problem. When she tries to open
Outlook Express, she gets an error message stating that an instance already
exists. I have checked task manager and there is not another programme
running. Also rebooted with no effect. Any ideas?

I set up FolderShare to sync Outlook 2000 between desktop and laptop.  
Desktop was primary.  After syncing, desktop data has been replaced by
virtually no data from laptop.  Can I recover desktop data?  How?

My outlook is connected to a mail server. But each time Its very slow for
downloading the mails . I want to know whether any settings could be changed
