Outlook.exe won't shut down when closing the application.23 Feb 2006 19:59 GMT1
Every time I close Outlook, "Outlook.exe" continues to run and must be
"ended" manually.  I then must reboot to re-open the program.  I have
reinstalled AND "repaired" per "Outlook Help" with no success. What next?

We have an exchange server, all my users are a remote users and using POP3
