I just installed Office 2003 Professional Edition over Office XP. I knew it would uninstall the older version, but it seems that it did not import all the folders I had under the old version. Is there some way I can recover the old folders?

I successfully copied my locally stored folders in MSN from an old computer to MSN on my new computer. I'd like to view those same folders in Outlook 2003. Is there a way to easily import them (its a .msnbak file type)?

I am getting ready to role out Exchange 2003. I was told that with the Exchange CAL I am entitled to run Outlook 2003. I'm not sure where I get the media that doesn't prompt for a license or do I just install a OEM copy of it and call it legal?
