The windows XP pro crashed and barley I backed up the Outlook from the user. Now after formatting the HD and installing XP and coping the "Archive" or "outlook.pst" which was not easy, I was able to get the emails back but not "Address book"

How does Outlook know it has downloaded messages so as not to download again?, Where does it store this info? I have transfered to a new pc and dont want to download hundreds of duplicate messages????

I was always used that attachment(s) in an e-mail are placed in a field under Subject, but at my new job, they are placed in the body itself, which I find annoying. I've tried a lot of things but I can't find where to change this.

I have two exchange email accounts set up in outllook2k3 corresponding to two email domains set up on my SBS server (ex: dave@a.com and dave@z.com). dave@a.com is the primary account and dave@b.com was setup by adding the mailbox to dave@a.com in account setup.
