Why does outlook's reading pain default Open in the Junk Email folder? If there's a script worm that does get caught by the junk filter, it will be installed if the user clicks and opens this folder....dumb! Same goes for Deleted Items, or just about any other folder.

Some of my users can type a message, click Print Preview and it shows the entire e-mail To; From, Subject, Date plus the body of the e-mail. Others it only shows the body. I can find no differences in the settings. What am I overlooking?

I recently had to replace the standard MAPI32.DLL file with one that enables another program to run. This used to throw up the error in Outlook as mentioned above and when answering "No" both Outlook and the other program happily went on their merry way.

Trying to maintain just one Outlook .pst file since I am the only user. But I would like to access this same Outlook data from two computers on different floors in my home. How do you get the files to be shared? They are connected in a wireless network.

We are having sporadic issues when using a reply signature. One of the problems is that is changes one line of text from arial to times new roman. the other issue is that it will put extra carriage returns in the signature. Any suggestions??
