With the new security featuer my Contact Management database cannot send or receive email through Outlook. It is very frustrating and time consuming to also have to open Outlook and click on the send/receive button. UGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am using Outlook 2000 and can not send messages when using the DSL line; however, sending is fine on a dial up connection. I can receive messages on both DSL and dial up. The error message recieved is unable to connect to the server error number 0x800ccc0e. Any suggestions?
