Is there a way to recall sent messages in Outlook Pro 2003 using a POP3

Outlook doesn't show number of items selected at the bottom like Outlook
Express for Macintosh Classic does.  It makes clobbering an entire inbox very
easy to do inadvertantly.

in outlook but the instructions as posted below are wrong as I do not even

I have outlook 2000 set up to send email through a exchange 2000 server
when  a user adds a contact  they are not able to select  the new contact
when they send  an email it does not shoe up in the list.
