I would like to know how to import my email accounts from an old install of
outlook 2003 thats on a 2nd hard drive. (I'm on a new harddrive with a new
install of outlook 2003)

Each time I launch Outlook 2003, I get "An extension failed to initialize.  
Can't open extend.dat.  The file may not exist, you may not have permission
to open it ..."  Doesn't seem to impact any functionality, but it's a pain
for the msg to pop up each time I launch the product. ...

Outlook allows the creation of Archive Folder that are duplicative or not
linked to an actual .pst file.  Please, fix Outlook to prevent this or fix

My Folders List shows 3 Personal folders which I cannot Close or delete.
I think this is because I have deleted the corresponding data files. Is
there any way to remove these folders from the Folders List.

I was trying to import a file.  Outlook says it needs to install translator.  
I said OK.  It started, then asked for the disk.  I put the disk in the
drive, but it can't seem to find the file it needs.  Any idea how to

It seems only users that are in administrators group can access OWA from
outside the office... is there another group that we could use instead of
Administrator...
