Setting up POP and Exchange mail in Outlook 200327 Mar 2006 20:21 GMT1
I have 2 email accounts.  They used to both be POP email accounts and I used
Outlook Express as the client.  My company recently switched to having our
email stored on an Exchage server and setting us up as Exchange users in
Outlook.

OL 2000 is working much better finally (on WinXP machine).  However, when
looking on Tools menu to configure the address book to be last name, first
name order, I only see Tools/accounts, not Tools/services.  Where do I find
the services and/or how do I "fix" the address book?  ...

If I recall correctly, I was able to set up a custom installation package
under SBS 2000 / Outlook 2000 that would automatically set Exchange server as
the account type, set the Exchange server name, and perhaps even populate the
mailbox ID with the currently logged-on user ...

Outlook now defaults to outlook express.  I have had OUTLOOK for over a year
with my XP and office 2002 but today using my trial one note (I believe that

Changed Hard drives.  WD software mirrored the old to the new.  Windows had a
problem with the mirrored OS so I reloaded it, (it was due anyway).  I do not

I use netzero but wish to use Outlook.  I have setup Outlook as my default
email server.  Problem: all my mail comes to netzero and I must manually
download using send/receive button.  Is this normal or can I set up Outlook
to automatically download from the netzero account? Tks.

In the past I used to get a promt to reduce the size of attached images, whch
helps when I send iamges to folks that don't understand how to mofify
pictures.  I no longer receive this prompt, though.
Is there a setting in Outlook 2003 that I can select to prompt me to reduce

the .DLL file for the information service could not be found. MAPI was unable
to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly
installed and configured.

Cannot Send or Receive (related to March 14 updates?)27 Mar 2006 00:05 GMT1
POP3 Accounts (Verizon)
This problem has happened on two PCs now. After installing the March 14
updates, Outlook cannot send/receive email (can't connect to servers). I can
connect via WebMail and Outlook Express and they work fine.

Everytime I start Outlook and do a send and receive the same thing happens.
The same six (of many hundred somewhere in a queue) e-mail messages download.
On the sixth one, I get:

Currently running Outlook 2000 - when I "cleaned" the system up a week ago -
I somehow removed the ability to click on a web link embedded in a received
message and go straight to it.  How do I reestablish this ability?  I want to
go straight out when a message gives me a link ...

The "Tools" option in MS Outlook keeps disappearing and the Help options to
get it back do not work.  It reappears at irregular intervals and then
disappears again.
What do I have to do to get it to be permanent?

I have Outllok 2003 and MSN premium email. All my addressbook, calendar items
and tasks are online on MSN. I want to synchronize all of these items to my
Blackberry. I do not have an access to BES.
Do you have any ideas on how can I keep both of these systems in sync. Ideal
