How to enable or unable outlook scripting blocked?

I need to pass a parameters into an application, invoked by Outlook Rule,
when an e-mail message is received.
I would like to pass at least a subject of the message for which the rule
was activated.

I'm running Outlook 2003 and have deleted the "Unread Messages" folder from
my Favorite Folders!
How can I restore it?

Outlook acct working beautifully at home, but I would like to check my email
from work sometimes.  Currently using cox.net in Calif.  Is there a way to
configure the email acct to retain emails on the server and view/send via the
web?

I have installed Office Prof 2003. Now everything works except OUTLOOK 2003.
It starts and immediately shuts down. I have tried reinstalling and

I recently upgraded to MS Office 2003 (from 2000) running on Widows XP SP2.
Outlook 2003 choked because my existing pst file was over 2 GB. I then
divided the PST by opening in Outlook 200 on another PC, and archiving some
