I know this issue has been addressed here, however I still cannot eliminate
the 2nd Personal Folder in Outlook.  I have done the followiing - each time
creating a new profile in Control Panel - Mail:
1.  Importing the old pst file (this does not import the data).

Prior to downloading Outlook updates, I could click on hyperlinks and it
would open a second window and take me there. Now it just displays the url.

I need to use Outlook 2003 to access multiple email accounts, one
