I know this issue has been addressed here, however I still cannot eliminate the 2nd Personal Folder in Outlook. I have done the followiing - each time creating a new profile in Control Panel - Mail: 1. Importing the old pst file (this does not import the data).

I lost my disks when moving. now Outlook is misbehaving. can I get lost files on the internet? I'm not sure even that will work. what is Microsofts policy for lost disks?

Prior to downloading Outlook updates, I could click on hyperlinks and it would open a second window and take me there. Now it just displays the url.
