Need to turn off "Extended MAPI".

I HAVE REINSTALLED OFFICE 2000 ON W98SE AS I HAD IT BEFORE BUT WHEN I TRY TO
OPEN OUTLOOK I GET THE SAME ERROR "THE OPERATING SYSTEM IS NOT PRESENTLY
CONFIGURED TO OPERATE THIS PROGRAMME " ANY IDEAS WHAT I SHOULD DO PLEASE ?

I'm trying to change from Incredimail to Outlook 2003 All of the setup for
outlook works OK however I no longer receive any incoming mail in my Inbox.
Send does work OK.
I do not have any error messages.

I want to have a consistent “view” of all messages, in all folders and

I've seen how if you're using SBS, a client apps folder would be created
where you can install Outlook from but I added a seperate Exchange machine to
the network.  I really don't want to have to go around typing in the CD key
and activating OL at every workstation if I don't ...

I purchased a new (larger) hard drive, formatted it and installed my programs

I'm trying to customize outlook so that you cannot use the CC feature by
accident.  I am sending e-mails and I don't want people to see the entire
distribution list.  We have had accidents in the past and I cannot afford to
have it happen again.  Bcc is fine but CC is a no-no.
