I HAVE REINSTALLED OFFICE 2000 ON W98SE AS I HAD IT BEFORE BUT WHEN I TRY TO OPEN OUTLOOK I GET THE SAME ERROR "THE OPERATING SYSTEM IS NOT PRESENTLY CONFIGURED TO OPERATE THIS PROGRAMME " ANY IDEAS WHAT I SHOULD DO PLEASE ?

I'm trying to change from Incredimail to Outlook 2003 All of the setup for outlook works OK however I no longer receive any incoming mail in my Inbox. Send does work OK. I do not have any error messages.

I purchased a new (larger) hard drive, formatted it and installed my programs again. I then copied my Outlook files from my old drive to the new into the same folder. Outlook will not recognize the old file nor import them.

I'm trying to customize outlook so that you cannot use the CC feature by accident. I am sending e-mails and I don't want people to see the entire distribution list. We have had accidents in the past and I cannot afford to have it happen again. Bcc is fine but CC is a no-no.
