I'm trying to change from Incredimail to Outlook 2003 All of the setup for

When I ran Microsoft Outlook Live an additional program started and the icon

I'm trying to customize outlook so that you cannot use the CC feature by
accident.  I am sending e-mails and I don't want people to see the entire
distribution list.  We have had accidents in the past and I cannot afford to
have it happen again.  Bcc is fine but CC is a no-no.
