I would like to be able to change all PC settings to sunchronize forms

I want to disable auto archiving on all computers in our network.
Instead of going to each machine and disable auto archiving, is there a
possibility to do this through policies? Right now if I disable it manually,
we have a risk that a user re-enables it.

If I send a vote email then I only want everybody to vote only once. But
there is always some people click voting button many times, althought only
their last choice is counted but I receive so many unuseful emails.

I haven't been able to figure out how to keep employees from attaching
(adding) other employees mailboxes to their outlook. They do this through
Tools/EMail Accounts/View or change existing email accounts/Change/More
Settings/Advanced, etc...

I have been running Outlook 2003 SP2 with the Domino Connector for some time
now.  A few days ago I "upgraded" from XP Pro SP1 to SP2, and since then I
have been unable to get the system to work at all.  It keeps giving me a

I was deleting what I thought was either excess backup or archive information
from the file used when responding to a message asking me if I wanted to
backup or archive info. The next time I tried to open Outlook, I got a

I posted before... I still can't find my old e-mails, and I need to access a
few of them ASAP.  I upgraded to MS Office 2003, I previously had MS Office
2000.  Please, somebody help me find my old e-mails, I have already attempted
to import and search for the .pst files.  No Luck ...

Short Version:  After trying to access a .pst file from a cd, outlook 2003
asked me to scan the file with the inbox repair tool.  Now all email from
January 20, 06 -March 23, 06 has disappeared. Everything else, files and
