Is it possible to set up Outlook 2002 to use 2 ids in a non-Exchange
environment (Earthlink) and have them both displayed at the same time? Is it
possible in a POP3 setting or does it need to be set up as IMAP? If they

I have set up the accounts ok.  Mail is coming in fine but most of the
commands are unavailable (shaded grey) in all apps eg Contacts, Calendar etc
