I have set up the accounts ok. Mail is coming in fine but most of the commands are unavailable (shaded grey) in all apps eg Contacts, Calendar etc Is there a simple solution to this?

I have to setup a new PC and move boss's Outlook (Office XP Small Business) files to Outlook 2003. Is the best way simply to copy Outlook.pst from the old PC to the new PC. Thanks, in advance, for help.
