Is it possible to setup Outlook 2003 such that my imap folder synchronize with my Personal Folders? i.e. if new content appears in an imap folder either via email or via copy/move action the same will be mirrored in my local Personal Folders.

How do I eliminate the duplicate set of Personal Folders. Both sets of folders are dynamic and live. Changes made to one appear in the other. So, I am afraid to just delete one set.

I have a user who is getting a new computer. He has 2 profiles setup on his Outlook account for different signatures and Internet email address. I want to copy this info to the new computer instead of recreating everything. Is this possible? Outlook version 2003.

The received mail notification envelope on the task bar does not go away when mail comes in that is permanently deleted by rule. (So there is no mail to read.) I must close Outlook and restart to remove it. How can I fix this nuisance?
