Outlook 2003
I cannot add "News" to the "Go" drop down bar.  I went through the
Add/Remove buttons as per the Help section, but "News" does not show up as a
command.  As it stands, I cannot open a newsreader through Outlook.

I recently cut over to broadband, and have two PC's both running Xp pro (SP2)
and OL2003. I have multiple pop3 email accounts, home accounts for wife and
kids on on machine and business and person accounts on other.
It looks like this;

I am trying to open my Outlook but it tells me "can't open outlook.pst files
I uninstalled, and deleted the outlook folder , re'installed Office, and
always the same problem , any help would be appreciated.

I had to re-install Outlook 2003. It asks for a server name and I simply
typed "MSN" in the field, which did not work. What should I enter in this
field?

I have several e-mail accounts that I check through outlook 2003.  I set my
message rules to filter messages as they come in to go to a specific folder.  
Some rules work correctly but others do the following: I set up {...message

I've got a problem with contact folders which has been deleted from outlook
2003 (in conjunction with an exchange account) - but this folders further
exists in the address book. When I choose this folder in the address book I
get an error.

We have the following situation. We purchased a lot of 12 new HP PCs a while
ago with Office 2003. The PCs they replaced were using Office 2000 and OL2000
without any problems regarding stored passwords or the Cyrus IMAP server
we're using.
