I got tired of a user called 'owner' from my old computer and moved the
outlook files to 'hp_admin\local set\app\ microsoft\ outlook' but now Outlook
can't find them and i can't find how to tell it where the files are.  namely
Inbox, contacts etc.

When I copy a pst file from one computer to another new one, the email
account information as passwords are not copied.  Are these stored in another
file which can be copied?

I have a high-maintenance user who wants to increase the font size of the
text in the reading pane and for the life of me I cannot find info on how I
can do this.

MS Outlook, when set up with Multiple email accounts forces you to designate
one account as primary account and defaults using it's address as the "From

After I reinstalled Office 2003, I cannot acces my MSN Hotmail Plus account.  
More specifically, I get an error message (below) and a pop-up window that
asks for my correct username and password.
Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Downloading all items.' reported error

Is there any way to set up a reply to incoming messages that you're "Out of
the Office" if you're not using the Microsoft Exchange Server.  This feature
is not available.  So is there a work around?  Possibly a rule?

In Outlook XP I used to get a little envelope icon in the system tray when I
got new mail. Since installing Outlook 2003 all I get is the Outlook icon in
the system tray and no notification of new mail. In Advanced Email Options I
have all items checked under "When new items ...

When I try to load the Desktop Search beta version 3.0, I get an error
stating "Access is denied" as the install is updating the registry.  The
install backs out properly, but I can't figure out why the install won't run
properly.

We just upgraded to MS Office 2003 at work.  Since doing so we are having an
issue with Outlook messages not being sent immediately.  We are working off
an Exchange Server so the emails should send/receive immediately but instead,
they hand in the Outbox for about a minute or so ...

When I want to "Run Rules Now" in the Rules Alert window it takes me >1/2
hour to tick all the boxes.  There should be a facility to "tick all".
Items in the Rules Alert window should be sortable or presorted
alphabetically.  I probably have over 100 Rules and it is very hard to ...

I searched in Outlook help context and using Google but cannot find clear
instructions to send an email when it is received from a specific email
address to a folder.
