I got tired of a user called 'owner' from my old computer and moved the outlook files to 'hp_admin\local set\app\ microsoft\ outlook' but now Outlook can't find them and i can't find how to tell it where the files are. namely Inbox, contacts etc.

When I copy a pst file from one computer to another new one, the email account information as passwords are not copied. Are these stored in another file which can be copied?

I have a high-maintenance user who wants to increase the font size of the text in the reading pane and for the life of me I cannot find info on how I can do this. Can anybody help me out here?

Is there any way to set up a reply to incoming messages that you're "Out of the Office" if you're not using the Microsoft Exchange Server. This feature is not available. So is there a work around? Possibly a rule? Thanks in advance.

When I try to load the Desktop Search beta version 3.0, I get an error stating "Access is denied" as the install is updating the registry. The install backs out properly, but I can't figure out why the install won't run properly.

We just upgraded to MS Office 2003 at work. Since doing so we are having an issue with Outlook messages not being sent immediately. We are working off an Exchange Server so the emails should send/receive immediately but instead, they hand in the Outbox for about a minute or so ...

I searched in Outlook help context and using Google but cannot find clear instructions to send an email when it is received from a specific email address to a folder. such as all email from xyz.com to this folder.
