I receive this error when I try to add another Outlook profile in Outlook for
a generic mailbox.  Any ideas as to why?

I have to reload all my software and need to keep all my Outlook details and

I had been using Outlook 2003 for through a broadband connection. However now
that I have switched to a wifi lan, I can use my outlook to access my mail
account. However if i connect the broadband modem directly to the Laptop, I

I inadvertantly downloaded an update of Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002.  When I
opened it there is no data.  It did not find my old data (inbox, folders,
sent, calendar, todo's, etc.)  I assume they are someplace but I can't find
them to point the new Outlook 2002 to them.

Ok, here is the setup:
Laptop w/ Windows XP SP2 + All patches.  Running clean Office 2007 B2.
Not connected to the LAN, through a cable modem with Netscreen client
version 8.7:
I upgraded to 2003 from 2000 and cannot find my address book.08 Jul 2006 12:19 GMT8
I have tried to import it from my C drive but cannot ID it properly for this
