I need to know if i can switch to Outlook from Outlook Express and not lose
all the adresses and saved e-mail folders i currently have.

I've perused the forums for a solution to this, and I see that a couple of
other people have the same problem. Namely, they run into this error message
when they attempt to run Outlook...

I have roaming profiles setup.  When my user logs in for the first time I
have to manually configure their outlook mail settings.
How can I automate this process so that their outlook profile will be setup
for them.

I recentlychanged from Outlook 2002 to 2003 and when initializing Outlook

I have a client running WinXP SP2 with up to date MS XP & Office updates
installed connected to an Exchange 2003 SP1 Server using outlook 2003 in
cached Exchange Mode

One of my users installed S/MIME on his laptop through OWA by mistake. We
tried removing it through the Add/Remove Programs dialog but it says to
uninstall the earlier version. I found several articles detailing a method of

My Outlook 2002 SP3 stopped automatically recording items from MS Word and
Excel. I have checked the settings under Options. Everything is set. I tried
re-installing Outlook. That did not help.
