After I reinstalled Office 2003, I cannot access my MSN Hotmail Plus account.
The error message that I get is:
Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Downloading all items.' reported error

After upgrading to Outlook 2003, I now have two Archive folders listed which
I cannot access so I cannot even see the properties of these folders.  The
folders do not show up in Data File Management so I don't know why they
appear in the folder list in Outlook.  I want to delete ...

How do I add or delete an addressee in the "To",  "CC" and "BCC" boxes?

I am getting the following message every time I try to log into it:
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook.  Unable to open the Outlook
Window.
The set of folders could not be opened.  The server is not available.

I saved my message rules and blocked senders lists from Outlook Express and I
need to transfer them into Outlook.  When I try importing the message rules
directly from Express into Outlook, it only transfers 4 of my 132 message
rules for some reason, and I haven't found an option ...

When i send an email it just sits in the inbox until i click send and receive
then it will send the email and then i will also get my emails. How do i just
click send and it sends the email and make it so that i can get my emails
without having to click send and receive

i am trying to download my email data that i preserved before shutting down
the old computer.  and i keep getting a message that says: "you do not have
permission to access these file" and i am the administrator of the computer.

I can't get newsgroups to show up in the GO menu.  I followed the
configuration steps but when I try to add it by dragging it is not one of my

Trying to re-set up Outlook on my computer.  Somewhow, when it was originally
