When I uncheck cache mode I receive all my meaages - over 28000 items. in cache mode I only receive 15458 items and no new mail is delivered. My ost file is 3.20GB but my mailbox is 3.99GB. I am in Unicode mode. I am running Outlook 2003 against Exchange 2000.

I wanted to know how to change the order of folders within the folder list task pane. If I remember correctly, within Outlook 2003 you can right click folders and choose to move them up or down -- but how do we accomplish this in Outlook 2002/XP?
