I purchased outlook at Staples, installed it on my desktop and it worked just find. Later I puchased a Laptop and instelled the same Outlook on it, but it dose not work because of the need for this MSNCON.dll, where would I get it?

I have 2 email/ISP accounts. I access my home and office email @ home. A new home desktop seemingly is configured to download ALL email left on both servers, I leave email on servers 5 days to facilitate access from different locations - home work & travel.

I have lost my laptop and desktop to computer failure. I have reloaded Office 2003 onto another desktop and now cannot get Outlook to open properly and can't enter any contacts, etc. Error message says "it did not open try again".
