I cannot delete some of my mails from my archive folder. Although if I put a new mail into the archive it can be deleted. The mails that cant be deleted can be viewed aswell, just not deleted. The mail is coming from an exchange server.

how to make BCC item disappear from mail writing option? i tried olk11 policy, it can disable BCC funtion, but still leave BCC appearing on my outlook2003 mail writing option. thanks

Got a new PC. Moved my mail folders. Now have duplicate "Personal Folders." They are actually the same, because when I empty the trash in one or get something in the inbox, the changes are reflected in both. Therefore, there is no file to delete via Control Panel/Mail/data files. ...

How can I set up outlook with two email addresses? Both are from Hotmail so when I had them set up in outlook, it used only one account inbox for both? If I would go to hotmail I could see each account individually without a problem?

In previous versions of Outlook, using Word as email editor, I could use about 15 macros, built into Word in its normal.dot template. This option appears to be gone and the templates are now in a different folder with different names & extensions. By copying my 'old' normal.dot

I have created a custom non-default archive location for a folder. This is set to archive items older than 1 week. But each time to go to look in that archive folder there's no pst file there and all the old items are still in the folder in Outlook 2003.

When I open Outlook 2003, I see two archive files that are identical. I try to close one and I get the message that "Object could not be found." In fact i can't close either file. How do I resolve this issue?
