I'm upgrading several machines from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003, this happens on all of them- the install goes fine, and download of all fixes from office update site goes fine, but when you run outlook 2003 for the first time it hangs on the "migrating accounts" screen.

Had problems with one of our PC's and could no longer get access, so had to reinstall Windows XP pro from scratch. I took the opportunity to install the PC correctly in the domain and set up a new machine name. Lastly reinstalled Outlook 2002.
