Does anyone know how to get Out of Office working on all email received. It only works internally and I found somewhere that you need to install a plugin for external out of office but cannot find a download anywhere. Does anyone know if this is correct. Thanks.

I've just upgraded to Office 2003 from Office 2000. I can set up my shortcuts (in the appropriate groups), but every time I exit the program, they are gone. The next time that I open Outlook, there are no shortcuts, no groups.

I hid some accounts and group accounts from the GAL and when I tried to send an e-mail by typing the e-mail addresses but the e-mail address would not resolve. Howw can I fix this? Thanks.
