I have tried to set up an Outlook email account to send and receive from my domain name (me@mydomain.com) and am only able to send but not receive. I have tried both POP and IMAP, checked the settings with the helpline and still no solution.

I no longer use MSN on my office computer. I own Microsoft Office and it was working well. After I erased MSN on my office computer Outlook will not pull up my email. I still have a MSN account at home so my email addresses are still active. I thought Outlook would work separatly ...

I have set, Tools, Options, Spelling in Outlook to ingore the origninal text in email replies and forwards, yet it does not ignore this text. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks.

I have Office XP, with all the latest patches, on a machine. In the folder tree, instead of 'Junk E-mail' it has a folder called 'Infected mail'. There is no Junk E-Mail folder. Is there a way to put the Junk E-Mail folder back. What is the Infected mail folder used for?

Version: 2003 For example, when I reply to a message, I automatically use the font (and size) of the origional sender. I don't want this. I want to use the font I CHOSE to write messages - in my case Comic Sans 12.

How do you add new recipience to the addressbook in Outlook 2003? I know in OE6 there is a checkmark that allows new recipience to be added in the addressbook when you get new mail, but I can't find it in '03. John.

I use to use outlook at work so I'm somewhat familar with it. I'm trying to set it up at home so I can use it on my pda. At this time I use aol and I can't send or receive on outlook. When I send email it places it in the out file.
