Went through Microsoft Q and A, tried using MS suggestion on cleaning the registry where the password is saved. Re entered password from scratch in tools in Outlook. Uninstalled and installed Outlook. I just about tried everything.

I have a user that has her email going to the wrong Inbox. Her email is going to her Inbox under Personal Folders, instead of Mailbox - User. I have tried pointing the .pst file to the right Inbox, but can't find where. I am also new to Outlook.

I recently chnaged my xp machine to another XP machine , backing up my emails to a .pst file. I am trying to import the .pst into Outlook and I keep getting the error "The file C:\Email\Backup.pst is not a personal folders file"
