How do use outlook to set up a news room?

I have a user that has her email going to the wrong Inbox.  Her email is
going to her Inbox under Personal Folders, instead of Mailbox - User.  I have
tried pointing the .pst file to the right Inbox, but can't find where.  
I am also new to Outlook.

I recently chnaged my xp machine to another XP machine , backing up my emails
to a .pst file.
I am trying to import the .pst into Outlook and I keep getting the error
"The file C:\Email\Backup.pst is not a personal folders file"

Recently our hard drive had to be replaced.  After reinstalling all of our

I recently reinstalled Windows and Office.  
A Personal File Folder file is in my backup, and I am trying to transfer it
to the Outlook Folder List, without success.  Outlook does not recognize the
file, and cannot open the folder (even though it lists the folder).
