Sunday, Oct. 8 the send and receive email functions ceased to work with Outlook 2003. The error message reads: mail.comcast.net -- Receiving reported error (0x800408ff). 'Unknown error.'

Hello! Outlook is configured to accept mail through IMAP. However, all my sent messages in Outlook are saved only on my local folders and not on my server, so I can't check them when away from my computer. CAn I set Outlook so my sent messages are saved on the IMAP server?

I ran into strange problem and I wonder if someone could help me? The computer in question is not mine, so I can't remember exactly wat the error was, but it goes something like this: Outlook 2003 hasn't been used since 2004 and it has unknown server settings.
