I have a rule for sent mail that copies sent items to a subfolder of Sent
Items depending on the account used to send.  However, items filed in these
folders, although sent mail, are always flagged as Unread.  How do I remove
this?

I'm trying to turn off the Archive command from Outlook's file menu, I know
this is achievable using group policy and disabling it via it's control ID.
does any know of a list for these specifically for Outlook 2003, Thanks

I was wondering if it is possible to import all mail,contacts and calender
from entourage to outlook 200. I know with outlook that there is a .pst file
that you can grab. Is there an equivilant file for entourage? ... And if so

I might have accidentally deleted the folder.  I would like to recover or
restore it so when i flag a message, it shows in the folder.  Anyone knows

When I open outlook 2003, first I go to tools menu then email accounts then
add new email account..it only gives me 3 options. Microsoft exchange server,
IMAP and HTTP. POP3 is not highlighted so I can not tick the circle to choose

I'm trying to create a rule in Outlook 2003 that will only forward emails
