When I open Outlook I get the error "Outlook failed to start correctly last time. Starting Outlook in safe mode will help you correct or isolate a startup problem in order to successfully start the program. Some functionality may be disabled in this mode.

I installed Outlook 2003 upgrade and then Word 2003 upgrade after having Office 2000 Small Business (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher) for years. There are so many problems that I would like to uninstall the 2003 versions and return to the old Office 2000.

I configured my outlook settings to match Earthlink. When I hit Send and Receive I get an error message saying"object not found". What is causing this? I have done everything exactly as it says on the earthlink website. An suggestions?

I still can not connect to my exchange server. There's always a message stating that my local network connetion does not have default gateway or else, but when using oulook 2003, everything is ok.

We currently use a CRM program - FrontRange's GoldMine - for our e-mail. We don't use nearly as much of the program as we should to justify what we are spending on it. However those people who have used it for years are attached to a feature called "Linking".
