I have a client that upgraded their Exchange server over the weekend. The old server was named "apples". The new server is named "oranges". They have 200 desktops using Outlook 2000. What is the easiest method to change the Exchange server name on each client machine?

Whenever I close an email, Outlook closes and sends an error report. I already reinstalled all of office, but the problem is still there. Can anyone offer any help as to how to fix this?
