I have downloaded the Small Business Office Trial Version, but it does not
include the Outlook 2007.

My upgrade version of Office 2007 will be here on Monday (Dell
currently has free shipping and $20 off of software titles over $100).
How do I prepare my Outlook XP so that I don't lose contacts, emails,
settings, etc. during the upgrade--or will the Outlook 2007

My new Windows Vista doesn't seem to want to sync my Outlook.  Do I need to

my outlook 2003 keeps shuting down and restarting, it allows me to send a MS
error msg, which I've been doing. A week or so ago I received a link to a
supposed patch but, it didnt work. Anyone have an idea as to why this keeps

I just changed to IMAP and the Outlook 2003 spam filter that was working so
well for the POP account seems not to apply to the IMAP account (same host.)

When I start Outlook 2003, I receive the error message "Unable to open your

I just found out from another email user that they were able to see
