I mpoterd my old address book, how can I import my last of blocked senders?

I have migrated exchange to a new server.  Since then the Outlook Address
books that pointed to the old mailbox on the old server are still present.  I
can add the same address books with new shortcuts but my old ones still
persist.  Is there any way to remove these.  I refer to ...

I am using Outlook 2007 with Vista 64.
I can't access my pst files from my previous version of Outlook as I keep
getting an error message saying I don't have permission.

I have 2 e-mail accounts set up in Outlook.  I do not see how to switcg
between each so I have individual Inbox and other folders for each.  
Evrything is coming into one inbox.  I need two seperate un connected ibox
