I loaded a recommend version of Word and Publisher from 97 and my e-mail hotkey stopped working so I deleted the new programs and now I have no Outlook! Vista operates on Microsoft Outlook and no Express, right?

I am running Outlook 2002 SP3 on Win XP Pro SP1. I plan to upgrade to SP2, but I haven't done it yet. Under Tools | Send/Receive Settings, I have checked Make This Folder Available Offline.
