When using PSTBACKUP for Outlook 2003 it appears that I mistakenly set the
“backup TO” path to the folder and file of my Outlook data for a
NON-administrator user from the Outlook application of an administrator user.
I thought the field was the “backup FROM” file path.  Oops.
