My Outlook 03 will not download my emails.  After 20 calls to tech support

I upgraded Outolook from 2003 to 2007.
After lauching Outlook, a little screen opens, showing that Outlook is
migrating accounts and archives. Suddenly Outlook closes down and an error

I downloaded the Office 2007 Professional trial--"disk 1" and "disk 2".
