I've just installed Office 2007 Pro and am happy with most of it, however I can't get Outlook to run. I previously used Outlook Express 6 and "assumed" all would migrate nicely. When I start Outlook 2007, I receive the following message:

Outlook is not capable of downloading mail from a POP3 server. The same sOutlook on XP would work great. What is with Outlook 2007 and Vista that would make any receiving call to the POP3 server run like molassess?
