Can one use "Rules" to manage incoming mail if they are using a "Pop3" server?
If so where will I find a detailed description of "How to Write Rules?"

Can you make a shortcut that takes you to a specific Outlook account?  I have
3 and it would be a lot easier to simply click a shortcut instead of loading
outlook's normal shortcut and then choosing which mail to open.

I recently needed to set up an second email account to come into my Outlook.  
I am able to receive emails under this new email address without any
problems.  My original email is set up through zoomtown and the new one is
through Go Daddy.  

I am unable to send my gmail messages from Outlook although I am able
to send other emails (non-gmail) without any problem. I am able to
send the same gmail messages from Outlook Express without any problem

Recently, I was working in Outlook 2007 with BCM and the program closed
abruptly.  Since then it says that a data file was not closed properly and
shuts down Outlook.
