the ISP insist that it is a MS Office problem. I can not receive outlook email from the bellsouth web-mail. Should I be using an exchange server. There is nothing on my webmail that points it to Outlook.

I have identical version of Outlook 2003 on two computers. I'm trying to get my Outlook 2003 address book from one computer into the other Outlook. How do I do this. When I try to open the address book in the new installation I get "The address list could not be displayed".
