I have Outlook 2007 installed on laptop and have set-up an email account to
use. The problem is that I can send email to other people's email addresses
from this outlook 2007 account, but I am unable to receive email from other
people?

I have successfully installed Office 2003 pro on 70 workstations using CIW.
The goal was/is, to first install office, then configure Outlook, import
address books, create signature files and configure it for using it with
Sharepoint Services 3.0 for a "global" address book.
