Additionally, when I try to import the files,  the default file
(backup.pst) gives me a message saying:
"Cannot find this file. Verify the path and file name are correct."
and when I select either of the two email accounts I had individually,

I purchased a new PDA phone and when trying to install Pocket PC and
wireless sync  I found that Outlook 2001 is NOT compatible with these
programs. While my contacts and calendar did sync, I receive an error message
