Whenever I click on a mailto link, windows mail opens instead of outlook 2003. I tried to change the mailto protocol, but outlook does not appear on the list. Please let me know how to fix.

I created some HTTP accounts for Gmail. I receive messages in Outlook 2003 for those accounts but cannot send messages. The error message always comes from the same HTTP account so I'm not sure how to send from one of the others. thanks very much.
