Since I got my new computer I have not been getting notified if a sent email

"Perform an automatic send/recieve when exiting"

When the original send to e-mail recipient was accidentaly deleted, I have
created send to shortcut following this help:
"If you prefer to add a shortcut to the Send to menu, open Windows Explorer
