my computer needed to have hard drive replaced but i saved to an external hard rive and i tried to restore the files but they do not go into outlook i can find them on my new c drive but i don't know how to put them back into outlook for i can use them.

I just installed a new machine with office 2003 (Outlook 2003 SP2 - {11..118.8122} ) and in my email accounts I keep getting the message "Outlook could not connect to the incoming POP3 mail server because the server did not accept your username or password"

I've always used Outlook, and have now got Vista. When I check 'remember password' on the screen that configures Outlook for receiving emails it still will not remember the password - next time I log on it is blank and has to be reinserted.

When I select more than 2 or more messages that have attachments in Outlook 2003 & 2007 the first message and attachment may print correctly but the rest don't. How can I fix this? Thanks for any replies

I understand this is beating a dead horse but Microsoft really messed this one up. You cannot edit your old categories once you've migrated to Outlook 2007. Has anyone found an easy way to do this other than entirely screwed up and laborious ways the experts have suggested?

SO we create a signature, do advanced edit (sharepoint designer), insert the image(jpeg), save it. Then go select that signature file. Except only the image place holder with an X is displayed. Mail format is HTML.
